NOTICE TO BEAVER CREEK TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS
RULES FOR TRANSFER SITE LOCATED AT
8756 S. GRAYLING ROAD
First driveway north of Beaver Creek Township Building
YOU MUST HAVE THE BAR CODED STICKER PERMANENTLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DRIVER'S SIDE, LOWER CORNER OF YOUR VEHICLE'S WINDSHIELD OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DISPOSE OF REFUSE. VEHICLES WILL BE SCANNED UPON ENTRY. ONE ADDITIONAL STICKER WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR A SECOND VEHCILE, IF APPLICABLE, FOR $3.00.
ALL HOUSEHOLD TRASH MUST BE BAGGED OR IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
New Recycling Guidelines – Please read instructions carefully on the reverse side of this notice. Special recycling trailers are stationed at the Beaver Creel Township Transfer Site. Our Attendant at the Transfer Site will assist you if you have any questions.
Special metal and furniture CLEANUP DAY for The Beaver Creek Township Transfer Site will be announced later this year - but for 2010 it was held on: SATURDAY, JUNE 19, 2010 from 7 a.m. through 11 a.m.
(Large metal items are accepted year round) TV’s are NOT considered metal. No freon items without safety seal which can be obtained at an appliance repair store.
DAYS & TIMES FOR TRANSFER SITE OPERATIONS AT 8756 S. GRAYLING ROAD
WEDNESDAY: 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.
SATURDAY: 8:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
SUNDAY: 1:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.
NOTE: When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the Transfer Site is open the following Monday from 1:00 P.M.- 6:00 P.M. Tansfer Site rules adopted by the Township Board state: “ANY PERSONS FOUND DUMPING AFTER HOURS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO CLEANUP FEES AND/OR FINES OF UP TO $100.00”. Please report anyone you see violating these rules. We thank you for your cooperation.
